The cost-of-living crisis has hit and is continuing to impact our communities hard. People are understandably worried about how they are going to pay their bills and feed their families with bills continuing to soar.

Our local foodbanks are seeing demand rocket and shelves empty faster than they can be restocked – more and more working people now relying on foodbanks to feed themselves and their families.

As the MP for the Jarrow constituency, it is hugely important to me that Jarrow constituents know what support is available to them and how to access this support.

Over the past year, I have organised a series of cost-of-living roadshows where constituents could access support from various organisations in order to support them as much as possible through this difficult period.

Many organisations have provided us with information in which I have uploaded on this page on my website, in hope that having it all in one place will ensure that those who need it, can access it easily.
